I don’t replace your doctor — I complement them.  I am a fertility coach providing education, emotional support, and lifestyle guidance. I do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. I help you understand your cycle, prep for appointments, unpack your test results, and make lifestyle changes that support egg and sperm health. I’m here for the emotional and everyday support that clinics often overlook.

Nope. Some of my clients are in the prep phase — cleaning up their health, understanding their cycle, or exploring options before actively trying. Others are mid-journey or exploring next steps after challenges. Wherever you are, you’re not behind.

Congratulations! We’ll work together to adapt the remaining sessions to early pregnancy support or pause as needed — but packages are non-refundable once booked. This structure encourages full use of the coaching container, regardless of outcome.

I provide a Letter of Medical Necessity template and invoice to help with reimbursement, though coverage depends on your plan.

 I provide educational guidance on what certain patterns may indicate, but I do not interpret labs medically. All lab interpretation must be done by your licensed medical provider. 

 No—no coach or provider can guarantee pregnancy. I help you optimize your environment, habits, and emotional well-being to support your medical care. I provide support on your journey to parenthood.
